Liberty refuse to acknowledge my disability claim. I wait an 18th eye op, 4th cornea transplant. My vision is 40% in R eye&light perception in L eye. I do not qualify to drive. I cannot get to work. I cannot work as my main forte' of work is administration. In some instances I only see sillhouttes. I live in a life of blurr. I am presently unemployed with no income. I cannot afford a chauffeur to get me around, it would make no difference as I cannot see to work. I can go nowhere. Liberty would like to know the prognosis of the cornea transplant I am having in June. Do they not have competent Dr's that know the prognosis of a corneal graft takes a year. So for a year I am unable to work&remain visually impaired. The eye is left with many small sutures for a year&until these are removed no vision can be guaranteed or prognosis given. So I ask myself do they know what they are doing? Why have I paid for life insurance with this special added clause since 1996, so that when you need the assistance you get none. I have given them all the necessary paper work. This is a true&valid case. They can call my Dr's. I would like to know who makes the decision, &how they would feel if they lost their vision today.
