System issues

I currently have a device through fnb, and the other day the system allowed me to apply for another app, i spoke to a consultant yesterday and got told to follow up, today when i phoned i had a rude lady on the other end telling me that i can not get a phone from FNB and she cant do anything. now its not my problem that FNB system has erros and allows people to fill in apps for certain things. all FNB does is cause humillitation.
