Good day

my mother passed away on the 12/02/2011 a nd the matter was reported to FNB Deceased Estate sometime in April 2011 from there i havent received any positive feedback from them. i called the gentleman who is handling my mothers estate Mr Chris Daneel and was advised that he is nnot in the office. i kept on calling its either he is not in the office or am advised that he will call me back still no news from him, i have send him several emails which he never responded. its now almost 2years and still nothing. can i please get help regarding this matter as it is affecting me on other sides. late estate of D.V Maotwe
