Poor service from the insurance I PAY FOR

My car had been in an accident at the beginning of may 2013 and the person that I called at outsurance was cherry ngambi who was fine at the time of that call and then she approved the assessment and then when the assessment of the damage came through I accepted her panel beater option but later realised it was too far so asked her to change it. I was unsure of certain aspects regarding the claim and did ask but the one response was that I should educate myself for future claims in a rude manner and then also she approved the panelbeater in alberton which I had to query to get changed.i asked her to speak to a supervisor whom was busy got promised a call back I phoned back left a msg for a call back up to today no call back.moving to nyiko the claims lady. I had to call to get feedback abt my claim of exces on the 23rd of may she said she will phone the other party on monday 27th up to today no feedback. My car is due at the panel beater on monday the 3rd and my insurance that I pay for is more ignorant to the situation than the person who smashed my car.this is my first car and first insurance and I never expected to be treated so badly. I will take my cover elsewhere
