I have submitted an inquiry regarding fees charged to my knowledge incorrectly.
My fist inquiry was telephonically on the 17th
Since then I have made multiple calls, without any response.
Last friday I submitted a Hello Peter Report, to which a response was posted within 10 minutes promising resolution.
I received an email stating that I would have the info within 3 days.
3 days have passed, with no information being supplied.
I have sent 3 emails to Gisela who posted both the reply and sent me an email, but she has failed to respond.
Once again, tribute to the horrendous service. All talk, no action.
