Today is the 30.05 money was from my account on the 25.04 and was told to wait for 5 days for a response i was the one calling them i called them the 2.02 the 10.05 the 16.05 and the 21.05 i called and went to the branch on the 21.05 i was told that my case has been closed becoz i didn't submit an affidavit they tried contacting me and couldn't reach funny enough Siyabonga left a voicemail on my cellphone and a msg on my work landline so im not buying this story that they didn't have my contacts i sent the complaints dept. an email but they failed to respond i have been patient with the bank where half of my salary was taken no one has answers i have waited for more than a month and I'm still waiting i will be taking this to the newspapers if i have to and expose Standard bank for who they are all i want is my R3000.00 in your secured bank so i can close the account and get on with my life. one person says if i can get a telephone report i will get 50% he has failed to tell whether a pin was requested as i didn't enter my pin wen the card was retained and at ATM the money was withdrawn from.
