Someone from Revonia Standard bank branch called me offering me a Cheque account, i signed for it on the 16 th of February and my understanding was that I will receive my card in 7 days. The person who was responsible has not assisted me in any way. I have called and sent numerous email but still he has failed to assist me. They made me change my account number for nothing and have not even done my debit order switching, now i have to keep transferring money to different accounts which is costly.
I am really Fed up with the people at standard bank with their pathetic service. Its almost a month now since i have been waiting for this card, it has inconvenienced me big time.
