Flexi Option changed as a result of FNB's erro

On 2/09/13, FNB did not deduct my debit order and thus my Flexi Option on my bond was suspended. I phoned them to find out why my debit order had not come off, they admitted on 2 occasions in writing that it was their error and asked that I make a manual payment which I did. They then said that the Flexi Option was reinstated but with new rules because there was an arrears amount (which was FNB's fault and not mine!), so under the new rules I can't have access to my predetermined Flexi Option limit which I had before. As a customer I don't think this is fair.
