FNB Smart Device Correction

I recently acquired a smart device through FNB, but after ordering it I was informed that the device that I had ordered was not available due to faulty packaging and that I have the option to be upgraded to a better device at no extra cost to myself, which I selected to do. When it became time to start billing me FNB billed me for the full price of the new device and not the original device's price. I then submitted a claim regarding this on 25/05/2013. I was contacted on 27/05/2013 by Esther informing me that they are busy looking into the matter and resolving the matter for me. I was then contacted by Esther again on 29/05/2013 informing me that the matter had been resolved and that I will be refunded the extra amount billed and that my following payments will be as per the original agreement. The moneys were refunded to me on 30/05/2013. It took them a very short amount of time to resolve the matter, furthermore the friendly and professional service that I received was exceptional! FNB does it again!
