On the 29th of April 2013 I requested a settlement amount from your company and was furnished with a letter dated the 29th of April 2013 the letter also stated that settlement amount was valid for 5 business days, which would mean that the last day the settelment is due is on the 7th of May and the 1st was a public holiday. I made payment of the full settelment amount on Friday the 3rd of May. Today the 6th of May I received and sms stating that legal action will be taken against me as I had not made payment.
I have not been able to get through to Moneystar/Nixor's office via telephone only through email and the staff is 'not allowed to make or receive phone calls'. I would like someone in MANAGEMENT to contact me TODAY. If this matter does not get resolved, I will be going to Court!!!
