I want a refund

I received a settlement amount and I paid the fee on the 18th June. I called the call centre and was told the money will only reflect within 48 hours, that i had made the payment.

I called again and was told the money is reflecting. I went to speak to my HR that they not pay the bank the amount as i have settled the account, however my HR said they need a schedule letter from African Bank stating that, as my account was on payroll deduction.

Can you please sort this out for me and update accordingly, and please refund me the money my employer has allocated to t you for June month end.
