Taking my money and then its a struggle to get it

I phoned VAF Standard bank on he 28th of March 2013 to find out what my settlement on my car was. They gave me the amount and sent me the settlement letter. I then the same day transferred the funds and used my account nr as the ref. On the 1st of April 2013 they then took another instalment from my account. I honed Vaf and told them what happened on the 4th of April 2013. They gave me a turn around time of 21 days and said that it might be sooner. It looks like e mails is being sent up and down but no one is taking accountability. I phoned the again today 30 April 2013 and nothing has been done and the settlement not yet allocated after I send them proof of payment as well early in April. It just makes me angry that if it was them looking for their premium and I didn't provide what a world of trouble I would of been in. I'm concerned that they are going to take another premium 1st of May and need someone to sort this out ASAP as its my funds going into the overdraft and I'm paying interest on that. I need a refund like yesterday. Got this ref no from the call centre Ref 52615172
