Hi Nedbank,

This is the second time in two months I've "had to" resort to putting up a Hello Peter comment in order to get some service from your corporation.

Without wafting on, please can someone contact me to discuss a settlement of a loan I have with Nedbank? For the record, I have been attempting to organise a settlement for this loan for the past 24 months. My "small" gripe is that 24 months ago I entered your Nedbank Stellenbosch branch, and Durbanville, unless I'm mistaken, in order to organise a new payment schedule PERSONALLY within the bank. Each time I visited I was directed to a telephone instead of a person.

After speaking to someone on the phone about 2 months ago, I was then told to go into the bank to organise. I'm sure you can understand my "gripes" from the above. Please can someone get in touch with me ASAP to sort out the situation? The last person I was in touch with was Cleopatra, who is now not responding to any of my emails.
