HANDED OVER ACCOUNT TO NRB RISK SOLUTIONS

Nedbank has handed over an Ackermans account I had in 2006 to NRB RISK SOLUTIONS. They are an incompetent collection agency. I yet again received a sms from them to contact them on an overdue account. I've emailed Aaron/Nelson even the supervisor Rosa with regards to this account 5898460711620948. I've requested that they provide me with a copy of the summons or judgement for this outstanding account between the period of 2006 - 2009 and when the last payment I've made to this account. If they could not provide me with this account should be written off to prescribe debt. They provided me with a document that was mailed to an address I last resided at in 2006 and won't accept liability to pay for this account and made this clear to them. TOO DATE NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL so now I am approaching NEDBANK directly to have some competent person to contact me URGENT to get this matter finalized!!!
