Billed for smart device I don't have

Since Jan/ Feb my account has been debited for 2 iPads. Only allowed one per customer but somehone the system is billing me for someone else's. I have phoned too many times to remember. Each consultant promises me that a) Monies will refunded b) Debit order will not come off next month. End May was the first month that I now only pay for mine. What about the insurance, still 2 debit orders. No refund into my account. Absolutely useless. Tell me again why I moved from Standard Bank, fortunately that account hasn't been closed.
