On the 17th of February I sent an inquiry to MiWay, I subsequently received an sms with a reference number but never the actual response.
I then resent the inquiry on the 28th February only to receive a generic response which had nothing to do with what I asked.
Today is the 21 March and once again I have sent the same inquiry because I need a specific response.
Ordinarily this would infuriate me if I was a client but thankfully I'm not, it just puzzles me how a company that used to have such excellent customer service could sink so low.
I still expect a response.
