Which efficient company in the world sets a standard as low as that noted below. Two months to reply to an email inquiry into discrepancies?!?!
My Inquiry was to request that a recalculation of my rewards be done. The email was sent on the 23rd of September 2013 and the reply to the email was yesterday 22nd November 2013.
What makes it worse is that I have sent other queries to the same department outlining the miscalculations and providing the proof of the miscalculation on my rewards program and am perturbed that the response time is so poor. I have other important work to take care of and this quality of service is way below acceptable standards.
Please advise.
