I complained about MBD last week and they posted a response on this site stating that we have amicably sorted the issue. The response was posted almost at the exact time they privately responded to the complaint I sent. Therefore, there is no way their response was relevant to my issue. It is just a standard reply they forward whenever someone complains about them.
I received an email from them stating that I need to pay the amount that I was enquirying about. They did not give an answer as to why their legal fees were hidden and never included when enquiry was made in April about the settlement amout. Why they only appeared after the amount was paid up was not clarified to me.
