DMC have placed a credit check against my name, before trying to get hold of me. This is in reference to something that happened 4 years ago. After I saw the check (when the bank turned down a loan for a property because of the check), I contacted DMC. I have spoken to the person (Shaun Olsen) that has taken over my account. It was very clear, that this person, had no details on the case he was working on. How can a company place an credit check on your name with out knowing what the history is or without trying to contact me? This must be illegal!!! And I will pursue a legal avenue against DMC.
I have been assured that the check was lifted, and that a letter will be send to me, to specify this, so I can go on conducting my business as usual. But I have been trying to contact DMC for 3 weeks now, with out any reply. This caused me to lose a property deal worth a lot of money.
After looking on Hallo peter, I saw that this is the way DMC conduct business. How can a company that function like this exist?
