I last loaded a complaint regarding lack of payment. Since then i received only two calls from a Mr Dorkin who advised i will have my funds by Thursday. Still nothing and what's evenbetter he seems to have disappeared of the face of the earth. I leave several messages and today the call center agent seemed reluctant to connect me.
What is wrong with this company do they not vale3 customers. They where adamant if i change the withdrawal amount they will process the claim faster yet it is but a mere to fool us.
Please can someone who actually works with the customer in mind from this company call me.
