I'm writing this complaint on behalf of my mother who is a Pensioner and who has been a loyal Alexander Forbes and who has had that loyalty thrown back in her face due to the atrocious service which has been rendered to her by the Alexander Forbes Port Elizabeth branch and Abdul Davids who is an employee there in particular. My mother submitted a claim to get her car fixed about a month ago going to two months now and she has just been given the run around, they have lost documents and quotes that she has submitted and she has had to take time out of her life to go to Alexander Forbes again out to submit the same documents again and as if that isn't enough when she calls in to find out what is going on with her claim because no one is bothered to keep her updated, no can really advise her or give her a straight answer and she can never get a hold of Abdul, he is always busy or never there & she has left countless messages for him but he never bothers to respond to those @ all. I'm utterly disgusted if this is the way that you treat your customers & I will tell everybody I know to never take up business with you guys!!
