I put in a claim a month ago for an eye test, I with-drawled the money and paid my optometrist in cash, I then faxed and e-mailed my proof of payment to One Plan. I received numerous sms's and e-mails saying I must send them my POP. After 5 e-mails, 2 faxes and numerous phone calls, I ended up today speaking to Masechaba Mataboge who was very efficient and helpful, she dealt with my frustration in a very professional manner and sorted out the matter, that was dragging on for more than a month, in an hour! Thank you Masechaba!
