I went into Capitec this afternoon with a problem with my account regarding unauthorised debit orders. The staff at the branch, as well as the so called head office, which keeps you waiting on the phone for nearly 45 minutes before anybody evens answers the phone, as they leave you hanging on and when they do answer and you tell them what the problem is they are dame right rude and tell you it is not there problem at all.
