Poor service continues

I think FNB aims to give me the worst possible service.
i will not write an essay anymore as the service at this bank never changes.
my story will be short and sweet, i called FNB to give them my new bank details to debit for my student loan installment, last month after the 25th of april 2013.i provided them with new details. today is the 29th and i noticed the payment that usually goes of on the 25th of every month had not gone off, i called FNB now, they captured the new details and never actioned it. this is unacceptable and incompetent.
this will reflect negatively on my credit record. i want a manager to call me asap, if i do a credit check and if my surity or myself was listed as slow payer because of you alls incompetence, i will be contacting my lawyer.
please train your consultants!!!
