Truly speaking you have been so kind for the last 9 months since I have taken over from my lovely late brother Colphas. Hence I humble request you to please stay sweet as you are even to other clients that you are currently serving and also demonstrate humility. Ms Mondi, indeed I am immensely proud of your service. Apparently, I held my head high because I know a lot about insurances (what is important when choosing an insurance, you also taught me about insuring the vehicle on retail value and market value) and other staff about vehicles. You really brought my confidence to a level it had never been.
