Resolving of 362 Flag issues

Good day,
Please note i am an excited client for so many years. I had a 362 flag on my name per your system. I have been paying the latest loan off on time in full for 5 months now. Balance owing is about R2900. What must i Still do to prove that i can pay the account or help me with a bigger loan.
Please assist me in this matter.
