Account over drawn

Hi I would like to state that nedbanks service is unexceptable, I have received a call today stating that my account is over drawn by R2700 and that I need to pay it I have not applied for over draft facility or accepted an overdraft facility, I have been a client of nedbank for over two years now and will close this account, please provide me with feedback asap
