I just want to thank ABSA kloof for all the assistance and support they gave my mother, who is a pensioner, in assisting her to close the joint account of her and my late dad. It is a breath of fresh air compared to the horrific encounter she had at Queensburgh (Malvern) where she left in tears due to the bad treatment.
