I had never even heard of this company until i received a debit order this morning of R99.99... at first i thought aggh it s a small amount but I decided to check it out with my bank and they gave me details to call this company... I was then told its a road assist and medical assist company. I then informed them I would never take something like that as i already have car insurance that covers all that as well as medical aid. I then asked how they got my banking details of which they could not answer. i asked to find out who is the call center agent that sealed my deal and they refused to tell me. they said it will take about 3 working days to findout this information and they will get back to me. i feel this is and what if i need my money for something during this time???
my bank gave me their number which is 0861135791 @ this number i was then told to call 0872301086 where I spoke to a lady by the name of Linda. who is sharing our account details with these ppl or is our banks not protecting our money as supposed to? it might be R99.99 today and R1000.00 the next time.
