I would like to comment on a brilliant experience, not only were we offered cheaper insurance premiums but with all the hassles we had in the past we were certain we would not stay with Absa, that was until Odelle called us. I am happy to say that all she promised she fulfilled, it is a breath of fresh air knowing that customer service is taken serious!
