Money from my account, NOT COOL!!!

Long story short, I was retrenched last year June, and made arrangements with ABSA, as I had paid extra on my credit card for a protection on my card against retrenchement. I was given the run around from day one. First I am told it is actioned and they are closing the file, then I get threatening, rude phone calls that I am in arrears, I explained the situation a couple of times a day for months. I went to the ABSA branch in Northmead Benoni to email & fax off the correct documentation needed @ least five times. My paper work always gets losts. The above situation is still on going. ABSA has taken money out of my bank account, when I was paid UIF sometimes R1000 or more. this now has caused my car insurance to fail and ABSA say they don't care. I went once again in Feb, this issue was not resolved. The lovely lady Rene assisted me, and she too had issues with ABSA staff regarding this, I was then told it was sorted out once and for all and that I was protected for FOUR MONTHS (ends June), I was recently employed and made arrangements (emailed and spoke to a rep) that I could pay a certain amount. Yesterday they deducted a whooping R2000 out of my account. I am yet again. SOS
