My son had an accident in Bloemfontein while i was in Johannesburg. Johan assisted him with kindness and empathy. I phoned numerous times and had such difficulty to get through on the landline, he explained very kindly that the lines are very busy and that there is only one call centre. I am very impressed with his service and with the way in which he handles his customers queries. He is so involved that he even knows the claim numbers off hand. Well done Johan, it was a pleasure dealing with you.
