I have been trying for a week now to get through to the Mutual & Federal Stellenbosch branch - the phone is always engaged. Sent an email to the branch - no answer. Phoned the Call Centre just now and at last got through to someone who told me who I need to talk to at the branch. The lady put me through to the sales person, after thirteen minutes he picked up the phone just to put the phone down in my ear.
