Take forever to refund bur fast to take premiums

I cancelled my policy on the 9 May 2013, still waiting for my refund. Called thrice already and just get sent around. Even sent an email, still waiting for a reply. Funny how they so fast to take your money when they insure you, money's out in 3 days, but have to waite forever to get refunded.
