Still no funds back in my account

I ordered someting from opticsplanet in USA, and i maid the payment with my platinum cheque card on 5/5/2013. The day after i maid the payment i was informed that this item can not be shipped outside of the USA. i contacted FNB on 10/5/2013 and the funds has still not been transferd back into my account.
