We always say we want to help business people and give them the service they deserve so they can contribute to the countries economy- but if you have banks that don't bother to provide the requested services they so advertise and offer and then still act like they are then we are going in the wrong direction! Standard Bank was supposed to have contacted me to deliver my card 2 weeks or so after application was signed Im still waiting 2 months down the line- then when I want to change the branch due to a lack of service, they taking another month just to contact me? How does one ask for service when its supposed to be a given?? The after sales service!
