This is my 2nd compliant in a week, disgusterd. Standard Bank took money out of my account for their wrong doing which they admitted to is their error. But not prepared to pay the full amount that they from me. This has been going on since December last year, I let the 1st incident go, but not the 2nd. How many other people is standard bank from, is this the way they conduct business? our economy is down the drain why because our service providers are making this happen, and people want to know why are our service providers like our banks puitting people in this situation. Yes we pay monthly charges however I did not sign up for a bank to draw salary from my account. Let's be honest SABS and commit to fit and proper sevices and be accountable as you want others to be.
