Hi, Standard Bank has over debited my Account by R1, 300. I went to the branch on Saturday and I phoned home loans and i was told they cant reverse it because its not reflecting yet i must phone again Monday. I did phone Monday, and I am being told a long story now I must write a letter and send proof of payment as they cant just refund my account because its a joint bond. I have other debit orders that must go through tomorrow 29 May 2013 that are going to be reversed due to this. And whose going to be responsible for all the charges due to this error. And a lame excuse i was told is "THEY FORGOT TO REMOVE THE ACCESS ON MY ACCOUNT" whose problem is that. i want my money today, as i cant afford to pay R600 extra for reversed debit orders.
