Not happy need clearly explaination and my refund

I have been using FNB as my bank for a long time till I had a issue with them with regards to charging more interest on non payment even thou I did cancel the debit orders. The matter started in February the 27 were a i did the stop orders on my phone. My account was over drawn in March R5000 and few rands and April was R6000 and more. I even went to FNB Maponya a consultant help me Mr. Abraham Khiba how helpful even thou the deprtment took it time to do a follow up on my matter with ref R1365260 but in that FNB said in can only refund me R1500.00 only whereas FNB did allow the charges even thou I did stop my debit order. So I need an explaination from FNB how could I pay the over drawn amount on my cheque account but FNB can only refund R1500.00. This is not fair you stop the debit orders but bank allow the creditors to debit then I have to pay the overdrawn amount in two months that come to R11 000.00 and more rands. I need a clear explaination how did they come up with the refund whereas I paid more thousand.

I wish somebody from FNB can contact me and explain because I am not putting this at rest I cant be charge a lot then FNB refund is less it not fair at all please explain
