After numerous calls about a burst geyser and damaged flooring, the assessor gave recommendations which were pethetic and after Nedbank had companies fix my problems, they caused more problems than they fixed. I have asked them to send someone to come help me and heard nothing back for nearly 3 months. I've spent endless amounts of money attempting to fix these problems myself because they too cheap and useless to do it themselves. You would think that when you paying for a service monthly without question, you will get decent service and help. Nedbank Homeowner Insurance is terrible and I'd recommend anyone who has a homeloan with them to move your insurance and possibly your bond as well.
