I've been under debt review since April 2012 and had past on the necessary documentation to Direct Axis. Upon reviewing my current statements, I am horrified to see that none of my loans are restructured as per the court order and I've been charged interest and insurance on these loans. Every single loan that has been taken or redirected to Direct Axis is a complete up. Please can someone with some brains sort this out as your call centre agents cannot understand English nor do you respond to any emails.
