Internal funds transfers

With my previous bank, (FNB) whenever I used to do an internal funds transfer from my cheque to credit card the money used to reflect immediately.

Now I moved all of my business over, including my company banking to Standard Bank. I did an internal funds transfer to my credit card, but the funds are not reflecting immediately.

No where on the Iphone BANKING APP does it state that it takes up to one business day for funds to reflect.
I proceeded to phone the call centre, but was passed from one consultant to another, having to ask why. So after the third attempt I got through to an automated service... I gave up. Frustrated.

I have an issue of needing to make an urgent credit card payment online. Unfortunately the product I wanted to ship/gift will now not be delivered on time for one of my family members far away.

Yes - I am awaiting a GENERAL/GENERIC/LETS RESPOND BUT WHO CARES (really) PR response right?... because it's just my job to do so... and go...
