Balance switch gone wrong

Its so sad that I have to write a complaint but this is shocking
I am a brand new client at your company that did a balance switch and a DO switch and salary the hole thing and if this is my first expierence with FNB the the future looks very unpleasant.
The people at the branch over paid a creditor by 5000 Rand they also didn't send my DO switch application as the people that does your tablet offer said I never did a DO switch. So now I am worried as this not just one thing its a lot of different things that go wrong all at the same time. I need that extra cash that you where not supposed to transfer for something else. You have the best products but this type os service is going to kill your business

First impressions last I hope this is not what the future holds for me with this company
