I took out Top Up Cover for my motorcycle With Hollard. My bike was written off last year and I am still paying for the bike. I was told that This TOP UP COVER will cover any excess or interest owing on the bike in the event of it being written off. THIS IS!!! I am left with an amount of approx R10000 to stil pay! Hollard only payed R1400! I was totally mislead when taking out this cover and I strongly suggest to any1 who is insured with Hollard to please reconsider or ensure that what you are paying for is what you are going to get. I have called Hollard over 25 times and all I was given was the run around or that the could not answer my questions or that the person who could help was unavailable. All I have to say is that HOLLARD INSURANCE IS UNTRAUSTWORTHY!!!
