I am paying R1300 premiums for car insurance-R9000 acces, and this does not even include car hire. Just shows how phone call consultants can rush through reading out terms and conditions. Nevertheless I must bite my lip and deal with that. What is now shocking is that after 3weeks of submitting a claim, not a single person has called me for any updates on the claim, I am calling to discover what is happening and being transffered to different people, I have spoken to about 7people since my accident, and all of them ask me the same questions everytime I call. I am driving around with a smashed car and my insurance which is suppose to give me a peace of mind is such a frustration.
I just need budget insurance to process the claim and get my car sorted, then I can look around for an insurance which will give me peace of mind, so that I know I get my money's worth
