I've been waiting for we'll over two months for my handset. It got a B.E.R and I was told I'd get a new one. I've spoken to over a dozen consultants and they all keep telling me that they waiting for authorization and that I'd get a call by end of business day.
It's been two month now and still nothing. I don't want a new phone anymore, I want my old phone back, have this policy cancelled and have my money back coz it's clear I've been paying for a service the company can't give me.
IM FED UP!! I DON'T WANT EMPTY PROMISES, BUT I WANT ACTION!!!
