I had a loan with SA multi loan and just finished paying it off as agreed for 6 months my installments were R955 a month for R3000 loan, I have just checked my statement and im still owing over R200 for interest that i cannot understand as it is supposed to go off with the installment amount. I have tried to contact the call center but the lines are down. I have sent numerous emails for them to contact me back but they have not called me. Please sort this out as i will not pay any more money as my contract with you is for 6 month not 7!
