Mobile Replacement

My cellphone was on the 15th March 2013...
My insurance company 24HOUR MOBILITY / FINRITE has up until today 9th March 2013 not replace my mobile phone. The consultants do not contact their clients. Empty promises was made like they will deliver a phone within 42-72hours and will confirm. Excuses as there is no stock available and replacements forms has been sent to a Branch - which no one from the Branch or insurance keeps you updated on the collection. I cannot take an alternative phone or model as the model which I had is not discontinued... Surely waiting so long tells me that the model should be discontinued as if it was high on demand all the stores will have stock to supply. They simply do not compensate for any inconvenience caused and I'm paying for a service and security which is non existant! Bad service will not recommend to anyone!
