Still not responded to satisfactorily

I received response on my original complaint - still didn't answer my question. I responded on 16/07/2013 as follows and have yet to receive further satisfactory response :-

Thank you very much for your response - please assist me further :-

The account holder passed away in the UK - there is a UK Death Certificate (not SA Home Affairs BI-1663) - her daughter is also resident in the UK - the last will & testament will be executed from the UK (sole heiress her daughter).

Will the UK Death Certificate be acceptable - or is SA Home Affairs BI-1663 essential?
What further requirements will be needed in order to transfer benefits from the Std Bank account to the heiress's UK Bank account?

PLEASE can I have response as soon as possible?
