I went to African Bank Kempstar Mall requesting a clarity on the double debit that went through my account since no one notified me about it, I was helped by a lady named Eva Mailula, who was giving me a stinky attitude and she cant even do her job properly, the only thing she could say is SHE DOESN'T KNOW... She didn't even have the decency to call the head office and double check with them why my account was double debited. African Bank you ruining your image with people like Eva Mailula. I want action taken since people like Eva they don't deserve to be in Customer Services because clearly she doesn't understand the word "CUSTOMER"
